There’s a brighter corner of Blackwater. Volt Square brings four blocks of billboard towers, scrolling marquees, colored storefronts and late-night foot traffic to the connected harbor city.

The district’s red-step plaza is part of the playable street layout. Pedestrians linger, dance and take photos, then react when trouble reaches the square.

Volt Square is a destination on the map. Set your route, drive over and take a look between courier jobs or a run around the Harbor Circuit.

The rest of Blackwater remains connected by its streets and waterfront loop. The city may owe you nothing, but at least the roads go somewhere.
